30/30/30 is 30 minutes of boot camp, 30 minutes of kettlebells, and 30 minutes of core. The boot camp portion is cardio based working on speed, agility, and endurance for the inner athlete in us. The kettlebell portion is built around strength training. The core is, yes, all core, abs, hips, and back for strengthening, toning, and tightening your center, the powerhouse of your body. This class is a great way to get the weekend going!
