Saturday morning boot camp is all about cardio, kettlebells and core. This class is designed to work on strength, speed, agility and endurance for the inner athlete in all of us. The core is the powerhouse of your body and is a main focus on Saturday mornings. We spend a great deal of time strengthening, toning and tightening your center - abs, hips, and back. This class is a great way to get the weekend going!
